Judy Bayse is a music educator from San Jose, California. She has taught
Music to children from preschool to 8th grade for twenty-five years in public and private schools. Training includes Music for Minors, Level 1 Orff Training, World Music Drumming, as well as many workshops and seminars. She served as Musical Director for Peninsula Youth Theater’s “Wonderland” and worked with Angels on Stage, a musical theater group for children ages 5-22, of differing abilities. She has led workshops on music and literacy and served as a weekly artist in residence in the town of Breckenridge, Colorado leading an instrument making workshop and “Sing, Dance and Play: songs and games from Africa and the American South.”

In addition to her teaching role, Judy is also a singer/songwriter with a cd of Family folk music entitled Purple Cow (http://cdbaby.com/cd/judybayse). She currently teaches general elementary Music.
